Zong-Yi Chen (陳宗毅) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from National
Central University, Taiwan, in 2005, and the M.S. and the Ph.D. degree in
communication engineering from National Central University, Taiwan, in 2007
and 2016, respectively. His research interests include multimedia processing
and video compression (H.264/AVC, H.264/SVC, and HEVC). |
